Initiate Request

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Quality Inspection

Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original BAROQUE tags intact to qualify for a successful return.

Secure Packaging

Place the items back in their original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and verifies your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
